an easy way to decide is see what time your ceremony begins and when your recepetion ends. You can add those hours and the remaining hours left will help see when we will arrive. if you feel you need more hours, you can 100% add them for additional cost. another option is a fake exit which may give you more time for prep photos. Please feel free to reach out for help on exact timeline!

Every bride loves having those beautiful shots of her bridal details. It’s an important part of the story and I love having some time to shoot the dress, shoes, jewelry, invitations, etc. These shots allow me to get warmed up for the rest of the big day. I normally like to allow at least 45 minutes for this part of the day. While I’m shooting details, I’m also capturing some shots of the bride and her girls getting ready!

I want your wedding photos to be flawless and beautiful. as those special moments happen Here are some suggestions:
Don’t rush your first kiss! At least 5 seconds of kissing should be enough to make sure that myself and any videographers who you hire have a chance to capture the moment properly!
Allow 50% more time for your hair and makeup than you originally anticipated on the big day. This will ensure you have plenty of time for everything else and that if you over run – you’re not late!
To shoot a private “bride and groom” portrait session, I will need at least 15-30 minutes of your time alone at any point during the day. Please also allow 15-30 minutes after your ceremony for group photos, should you be wanting them.
If possible, please pre-assign a member of the wedding party, family member or friend who knows the people to be in the pictures to round them up for the photos. Getting people where they need to be for the photos is by far the most time-consuming part of group shots.
Please, make sure the cutting of the cake and/or any other parts of the evening to be captured occur within the booked time.
Most importantly, enjoy the day and take it all in! Dont forget to be in the moment instead of just breezing past it! We are so honored to be apart of yalls sweet wedding and cant wait to celebrate and capture you both!

regarding first look,
If you don't have a first look, we will take around 45 min - 1 hour after the ceremony for photos. Of course, that is totally fine, I just don't want this to be a surprise to anyone, so make sure you have hors d'oeuvres for your guests!
